The boy is finally tall enough to try and grab a ring while on the carousel. A free ride is his reward if he can grab a brass ring. Will the black stallion he rides be able to help him reach his goal? Reflected in the carousel’s ups and downs, the boy’s emotional ups and downs show how to cope with disappointment in a positive manner.
